Returns
- Eligibility: Books can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original condition—unopened, unused, and with no signs of damage.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nightmareonhansen@outlook.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the book if applicable.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned book shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item. If you wish to exchange a book, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
- Process: Contact our customer service team at nightmareonhansen@outlook.com to arrange the exchange. You will need to return the original item before the new one can be sent.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale: Certain items, including clearance books or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Digital Products: E-books and other digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
