The Third Hunter by Philip Alexander Baker

Description

Daphne Locke, twenty and alone, fights to forget the brutal events of two years ago. But just as a high-profile missing child mysteriously reappears, darkness returns to Hanging Hill Lane. Dot.

As Daphne’s memories flash back to the horrific monsters that almost cut her mind in two, she awakens to find an old friend is missing. Dot.

Then there’s the brutal beach slaughter just a few miles south. Dot. Sometimes it’s easy to connect the dots. Sometimes they connect themselves and tighten like a noose. If you feel the dots brushing your neck, run.

As Daphne learns more of the true nature of the world she lives in, darkness creeps upon her once more. Only this time, for one great hunter demon, it’s personal.

This book is part 2 of the Hanging Hill Lane trilogy or can be read as a standalone novel.
